Yes, you are correct both the # TH88VR and # TH910XT are confirmed to fit your 2016 Nissan Rogue with spoiler flap.

The differences between the Thule Gateway # TH88VR and the Thule Passage # TH910XT are slight but I can help point them out.

Besides the color the Gateway # TH88VR has independent adjustable arms which allow for more level bike mounting. These arms are independently adjustable with the built-in Cinch-Levers. Just flip the lever up, rotate the arm to the desired position, then flip the lever down to lock the arm in place. This enables you to carry bikes with unique frames, and it helps to keep your bikes level on the rack. The Gateway also has the Hold Fast bike cradles which have a stretchy, gel-like substance that absorbs road shock and minimizes vibration. Molded grooves in the cradles will accommodate brake cables. The Gateway also allows you to lower the arms when the rack isn't in use where the Passage requires you to remove the bar completely.

Both the Gateway and Passage use the FitDial system which allows you to easily adjust the rack body to fit the shape of your trunk and a 6 point mounting connection. For alternative framed bikes, like many women's bikes are, you will need to use an adapter bar like # UB01 to mount the bike correctly into the Passage. Neither of the two racks include locks so to lock both the bikes to the rack and the rack to the vehicle, you will want the # TH533 and a cable lock like # e98891.

A great, easier to mount, 2-point mounting 2-bike rack, is the Thule OutWay # TH45JV. This bike rack comes with a lock for the bikes as well as a lock to secure it to the vehicle.
