Only certain hitches are designed to fit in the pucks of the Reese Elite Under Bed rails, such as th Reese M5 Series Hitch, 27K # RP30922, the Elite Series Silder, 18K # RP30144, and the M5 Series Hitch, 20K # RP30921. The Elite Series Underbed Rail Adapter # RP30156 will allow standard 5th wheel hitches to be used with the Reese under bed system.

If your 2016 GMC Sierra 3500 has the factory towing prep package, the Curt Q20 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # C16530-16025 will fit well. This hitch is designed specifically to fit the pucks from GM's 5th wheel prep package.
