The Curt Trailer Hitch Class III # C13068 will fit on your 2013 Honda Odyssey. No welding or drilling is required for installation as it is made to easily bolt on to your vehicle. You will be using the weld nuts on your vehicle for installation, and most of the time, the weld nuts can get dirt in there and make the installation process more difficult. I recommend the Nylon Tube Brush # 814092 to clean the weld nuts and make the installation process go smoothly.
This Curt Hitch is compatible with the Thule Hitching Post Pro # TH934XTR as the bike rack fits into 1-1/4" and 2" hitch receivers and the Curt Hitch you are looking at has a 2" receiver. The bike rack comes with everything you need to secure your bike rack to the hitch so you will not need to order extra parts to mount the Thule Hitching Post Pro to your 2013 Honda Odyssey.
However, if you are interested in locking your bike rack to your hitch, I recommend securing your bike rack with the Thule Snug Tite Hitch Lock and Anti-Rattle Device # THSTL2. This will deter from theft when you are out riding and your hitch is still installed.
I attached an installation video for the Curt Hitch on a 2013 Honda Odyssey and I attached a review video of the Thule Hitching Post Pro on a 2013 Honda Odyssey you may find helpful. I also attached a help article on how to clean weld nuts for the installation of a trailer hitch you may want to check out.
