Will Reese 8K Landing Gear Fit a 2008 Weekend Warrior Model 3705 5th Wheel Trailer
Question:
I am looking to replace the landing gear but am finding way too many conflicting results as to what is best and what will bolt on in direct replacement. I see the model RP500708 and it has what seems to be the same mounting style but will it be strong enough at 8K rating? And I assume the dual switch control is included?

First, a 8K rating is actually on the high end of landing gear capacities. Your old landing gear may have a rating listed on it for comparison. The switch is indeed included with the Reese landing gear set # RP500708.
Many landing gear sets are interchangeable. You can check the bracket stops on the outer legs on your existing jack legs to see if they have the same measurements as the Bulldog set. The Bulldog set measures as follows:
Measurement from inside of top weld stop to inside of bottom weld stop: 15-1/2"
Measurement between outside of weld stop to outside of weld stop: 17-1/2"
