My boat trailer has 2x4 bunk boards, will this hold a 2X4 Does it come with the U bolt to mount it?

The CE Smith Galvanized V-Wing Bolster Bracket for Pontoon Boat Trailers # CE26244G does not include hardware. You can select galvanized hardware that will fit at your mounting point. I linked our page for galvanized u-bolt kits.

This bracket is not intended for 2 x 4 bunk boards; it works with 2 x 6 or 2 x 8 boards to support your boat's pontoons. For 2 x 4 bunks you can use kit # CE10001G-4.
