The first thing to consider when choosing a weight distribution and sway control system is the tongue weight of the trailer, loaded and ready to tow. You will want a system with a tongue weight capacity range that encompasses the trailer tongue weight. With a tongue weight of 629 pounds you also will want to consider water, propane, batteries, and other accessories that will add to the tongue weight. I would go with a system rated at 600 to 1,200 pounds.
In the 600 to 1,200 pound category we have both friction and dual cam sway control systems. I recommend a dual-cam system because it stops trailer sway before it starts. Friction sway control tries to correct sway after it has already started.
With those aspects in mind, I recommend Strait-Line Weight Distribution System w Sway Control - Round Bar, # RP66084. This system has a 600 to 1200 pound tongue weight capacity range, 12,000 pounds gross trailer weight, includes built-in dual-cam sway control, and comes with the required shank. I have included a link to the installation details below, a video showing a typical installation, and an FAQ article on weight distribution and sway control.
