How to Pick Out Ball Mount for 2015 Chevy Impala to Allow Trailer to be Towed Level
Question:
I am looking for some tips, I have a Impala with factory 19inch wheels, I have a Jet ski trailer with 4.80-12inch tires, what ball hitch would work to have the trailer level with the car, I have part number C45017 currently but the trailer seems to lean more downward then level, I was thinking maybe a 4inch rise would work better but wanted to ask before I made another purchase.

Sounds like you are in need of a ball mount that offers more rise than the part # C45017 that you are using on your 2015 Chevy Impala. In order to get the correct ball mount you are going to need to take two measurements. The distance from the top of your hitch opening to the ground and the distance from the bottom of the coupler lip on the trailer to the ground when it is sitting level.
The difference between these two measurements is the rise/drop you need. I attached a help article that details this as well.
