Recommended Radial Tire for Trailer in Size 175/80R13

Will it make a difference if the travel trailer calles for radial and bought bias by mistake

Radial tires are preferred over bias ply, but if you replaced all of your tires with bias ply tires you would be just fine. You wouldn't want to run one bias-ply and the rest radials as they tend to ride differently due to different construction and sidewall thickness.
In your tire size of 175/80R13 I would recommend you get the part # TTWTRTM1758013C which is a radial with a Load Range of C and has a higher 81 mph speed rating than most tires.
