As long as the taillights have the same functions as the lights you have installed on your trailer, the wiring should not have to change.

If the new taillights, part # 47-84-005 have additional features then you will need to use a circuit tester like part # PTW2993 and find the wiring that has these features. You will then need to tie-in to those wires to enable the functions of the new lights.
