Will these rails work with a Pullrite 2300 hitch?

As long as your particular Pull-Rite hitch is intended for installation in industry-standard above-bed 5th wheel base rails then it will work in the Curt X5 adapter # 16310. This 5th wheel adapter drops right into the ball hole of your square-shank B&W under-bed gooseneck to convert it to 5th wheel capability.
If you need an in-bed wiring harness for the truck you can use part # C56000.
