Question:
I am trying to remove my locks from an older set of towers and put them in to my new set of towers. How do I do it?

With the locks unlocked on your roof rack you would need to insert the control key part # Y8007835 into them and once the key is fully inserted you would be able to pull the core out of the foot.
The core would not removed if it was locked.
I attached a link to another question that has a video attached that shows the process.
