When installing base plates on your 2007 F-150 the base plates will be installed in the location where the tow hooks are and the tow hooks will be permanently removed.
I was unable to determine how the Winch support you have on your truck is mounted but you can look at the attached installation instruction for the base plates to see if there will be an issue with both installed.
The base plate kit I recommend for your F-150 is part # BX2169. For a tow bar I recommend the Blue Ox Avail, part # BX7420. This comes with the safety cables.
You will also need lighting for your F-150. I recommend part # HM56005. This simply plugs into your truck wiring behind the tail lights on your truck. You will also need a brake light relay, part # RM-88400.
You will need an umbilical to go from the F-150 connector to the towing vehicle. I recommend part # BX88254. Since the # HM56005 has a 4-way flat connector you will need to cut the 4-way flat connector off and use the 4-way round connector included with the # BX88254.
You will need a supplemental brake system when towing your F-150, so I recommend the Blue Ox Patriot II, part # BLU37TR. This is a wireless frequency controlled proportional brake system that applies the brakes on the truck with the same intensity as the braking action in the towing vehicle.
When flat-towing your truck you want it to be as level as possible so you will probably need a high-low adapter. I have attached a link to the high-low adapters we offer you can look over. I also attached links to some helpful articles about flat-towing you can take a look at.
