Thickness of Side Plates on the Class IV Weld-on 44" Wide Ultra Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver

How much is the from bottom of frame to receiver ? And how thick are the plates ?

The thickness of the side plates of the # 41990-16 measures 3/8 of an inch.
The side brackets are designed to provide 16 inches of drop from the frame it gets welded to. But depending on where you weld the hitch this dimension could be different from that.
