Is Dexter EZ-Flex Heavy Duty Rubber Trailer Suspension System an Alternative to Shocks
Question:
Are these considered an alternative to shocks? My 5th wheel has factory shocks now but they are mounted at such a steep angle I dont see how they are even effective. And one of them is broken. Will this shackle kit smooth the ride as well. I just want the trailer to ride smooth so it doesnt get beat up so much on rough roads.

The Dexter # K71-652-00 EZ-Flex Equalizer is considered a suspension enhancement product used to supplement, not replace your existing trailer suspension. When used in conjunction with the existing leaf spring suspension, the EZ Flex would provide a smoother ride.
The # K71-652-00 EZ-Flex would replace the existing Dexter # 13-104 equalizers in a leaf spring suspension.
