Is the 2500lb weight rating for the tongue weight or the overall trailer weight?

The Stromberg Carlson Electric A-Frame Jack, part # JET-2500 has a capacity of 2,500 pounds.
Since a trailer jack doesn't need to lift the entire trailer, just the tongue load, this particular jack would work well for you if the trailer tongue weight is less than 2,500 lbs.
