We have a trailer hitch mount bike rack that will accept a bike with a 69 inch wheelbase and fit a 1-1/4 inch trailer hitch.

Take a look at the Swagman XC-Extended Bike Rack for 2 Recumbent Bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Frame Mount # S64650-EXT. This bike rack can accept bikes with wheelbases up to 69 inches and it works in a 1-1/4" hitch.

My concern for you is the weight capacity. The Swagman XC # S64650-EXT has a weight capacity of only 35 pounds per bike. If your bike is over 35 pounds, you may have to consider a small utility trailer like Detail K2 Mightt # K2MMT5X7 which is 90 inches or the K2MMT4X6 which is 72 inches long.
