To replace the bulb of the part # 30-78-524 first requires the removal of the lens. If you check out the attached video link you will see exactly how to get the lens out so that you can replace the lens.

Basically you just pinch the lens from the top and bottom of the lens and then you can pull it off. Once off you will see the bulb. For a replacement bulb you would want a 1141 bulb like part # DI85VR.
