Can a Trailer with Axles Under Leaf Springs Be Lifted Further

Over under conversion kit. Is there anything else i can do to get more clearance?

If you already have your axles mounted below the leaf springs the only way you can add height to a trailer is to go with taller hangers for the suspension.
You would need to have the old suspension hangers cut off and new, taller ones welded on by a qualified professional welder. I have included a link to the hanger main page for you.
