You will be able to use the Thule Passage 2 # TH910XT while pulling a popup camper as long as it is installed properly on your 2013 Chevy Traverse. Thule has confirmed your bike rack will fit. However, you will need to hook the camper up before you load the bikes on. The bikes will sit over the ball mount making it a little difficult to reach your towing kit below.

Also, check your turning clearance before you head out on a trip. See how tight you can turn with your camper and two bikes mounted on your bike rack so you know how much clearance you have without the bikes getting hit. Two bikes usually does not present a problem, but I still recommend knowing how far you can turn before anything makes contact.

If you are carrying any women's, children's or alternative framed bikes without the top horizontal cross tube, you may want to consider a bike adapter bar similar to # TH982XT to make loading bikes easier.

I have attached a video of the Thule Bike Adapter Bar you may want to check out.
