Gooseneck Trailer Hitch for a 1998 Chevy Dually Pickup Truck

Question:

What gooseneck hitch will fit my truck? I have a 1998 Chevrolet Silverado 4 door crew can dually. Im not sure with hitch will fit my truck.

Draw-Tite Hide-A-Goose gooseneck trailer hitch # 9465-40 will fit your 1998 Chevy dully pickup (long or short bed). In 1998 there wasn't a Silverado model but there was a Silverado trim so that would be why you do not see Silverado as an option in the fit guide for a 1998. It would be a C or K series (C for 2-wheel drive or K for 4-wheel drive).

Yes, 9465 40 may fit the frame of a 1998 c3500 dually. But, what if cab is a crew cab with the 2 full seat benches? Pdf installation notes that hitch does not accomodate CREW cab. I do not wanna use any extension.

You are correct - the Draw-Tite Gooseneck Hitch # 9465-40 is not a fit for the Crew Cab models of your 1998 Chevy c3500. I instead recommend the B&W Gooseneck # BWGNRK1000.
