Do Holes Need to Be Enlarged to Install Trailer Hitch on 2007 to 2010 Hyundai Elantra

Question:

Need link for mounting instructions. Do you need to enlarge existing mount holes in the frame and do you need to fish the nut into the enclased frame to bolt the hitch on.

I have provided a link below to the installation instructions for Draw-Tite Sportframe Trailer Hitch Receiver, # 24835. The hitch does not require any holes to be enlarged. Installation of this trailer hitch does require using the fishwire technique to insert bolts through an access hole and out of the mounting holes. The instructions explain the this method but I have also included a video below that should help.
