Is the Install of the MagnaFlow Stainless Steel Catalytic Converter MF23975 Difficult

The difficulty of exhaust component installs is typically getting enough leverage to loosen the bolts of the system. If you have access to a lift and have a cheater bar that can get you a decent amount of leverage on the bolts you could pretty easily install the # MF23975 by yourself, but a second set of hands would help quite a bit.
