We have a 5th wheel tailgate that will work great on your 2006 Dodge Ram 2500, but the tailgate you referenced is not the one designed to fit your truck.
For the same style Stromberg Carlson 100 Series 5th Wheel Tailgate for your 2006 Dodge Ram, you will want to use part # VGD-02-100. This tailgate with the open design will help make towing 5th wheels and goosenecks easier, while also reducing drag to help improve fuel mileage.
