Yes, the Titan Disc Brake Kit # T4843300 works with 13-, 14- or 15-inch wheels that have a 5-on-4-1/2-inch bolt pattern.
Note this kit is rated for a 3500-lb axle. This means that the included surge coupler will be expecting a trailer weight in that range to push forward on it when the tow vehicle slows. If your trailer is unloaded and weighs substantially less than this, say only 500- to 600-lbs, then it may not present enough force to compress the actuator's master cylinder to fully engage the disc brakes. When the trailer is loaded up to near its 2K rating then you should see normal performance from the system. If you usually have the trailer well-loaded then you could use this system on a 2K axle.
