I bent the sway control arm street side and want to know if I should replace it. The cam doesnt ride flat on the equalizer bar and has worn on the side. Is there a replacement available?

Yes, you will want to replace the sway control arm if it is bent. Any damage to a piece in the Draw-Tite Dual Cam Sway Control, # RP26002, system should be replaced, so the sway control assembly can work properly.
Also, you might want to check all the other parts on your sway control system to make sure that they have not been damaged.
It would probably be best to replace the system with a new RP26002. That way you will get all new parts and mounting hardware.
I am sending a link to the instructions on the Draw-Tite Sway Control, # RP26002.
