I believe TowDaddy was purchased by Hopkins a couple few years ago. Hopkins offer a plug and play flat towing wiring harness, part # HM56203. If you click the provided link, you can see an installation video showing the harness being installed on a 2006 Jeep Liberty.
To fully equip your Liberty, you'll need base plates, a tow bar, safety cables, the wiring solution you've asked about, a supplemental braking system and perhaps a high/low adapter to level the tow bar.
For base plates, I'd recommend the Roadmaster # RM-521423-4, as well as the # RM-643 safety cables. If you don't already have a tow bar chosen, you can't go wrong with the Roadmaster Falcon 2, part # RM-520. The Falcon 2 self adjusts and locks so you don't need to perfectly center the vehicle behind the RV when you're hooking the vehicle to the RV. For a supplemental braking system, I recommend the Stay-IN-Play DUO # SM99251. You don't have to set it up each time you tow and it stays in the Jeep when you're not. You also need a Brake-lite relay # RM-88400 to keep the Jeep's lights from overriding the motorome's.
When the tow bar is installed, you'll want the towbar to be within 3 inches of level, so depending on your hitch height you might need a high-low adapter. You'll need to determine the height difference between the hitch on your RV and the base plate height, then choose the proper high-low adapter to place the tow bar within 3 inches of level. I'll link you to our selection of high-low adapters as well as to an FAQ article that shows how to determine which one you need. I'll also link you to several other FAQ articles about flat towing that I hope you'll find helpful.
