Replacement Headlight Upgrade Options for 2005 Mini Cooper S

Question:

I have a 2005 Mini Cooper S that has factory OEM lights. I would like to convert to higher power LED in a white or blue color. What are my best options. Not crazy bright but I do drive it aggressively as a sports car.

We have a number of great replacement light options for you. All of the headlight LED bulbs we offer for the 2005 Mini Cooper S do not comply with DOT standards. These lights are intended for off-road use only.

If you already have LED lights but are looking to upgrade, we offer the CIPA EVO Formance bulbs in 1157 Round LED Bulbs, Ultra White # CM93236 and in 1157 Round Bulbs, Cold Blue # CM93233. If your Cooper S does not use 1157 round LED bulbs, we offer a number of other size replacement bulbs that can be found on the linked page.

If you have D2S sockets on your car, you can use the HID Bulbs # P230200MF. A resistor # P7600D2AF can be used to solve any flickering or delay issues. These HID bulbs are DOT compliant.
