Torquing Resistance of Tow Ready 63058 Pintle Hook Mount
Question:
How well does this product resist torquing/twisting in the event that the pintle binds? I have a similar product from another vendor where the pintle/lunette combo bound under no unusual conditions and caused a warp in the 12inch rise plate without any indicator at the time that any damage had been done. Do you make a thicker model to prevent this or is this unit fairly hard to twist?

The Tow Ready Pintle Hook Mount, part # 63058 carries an 8000 lb towng/800 lb tongue weight capacity. Tow Ready tells me that the plate should not warp as long as the capacities aren't exceeded.
