Would the Truck Bed Extender # BX4004-02 Fit a 2014 Ford F-250 Platinum

Question:

I have a Ford F250 Platinum. The the tailgate has a built in ladder and a collapsing grip bar. Therefore the tailgate does not have a traditional flat surface on the inside of the gate like most Pick-up trucks. Will this be a problem with this extender.
