Recommended Trunk Mounted Bike Rack for a 2009 Dodge Avenger with Small Spoiler

Hi! I need a bike rack to fit a 2009 dodge avenger that has a small spoiler. I dont have a hitch setup and Im trying to stay below$150. Which products would you recommend?
