I don't have a reference source that would tell me what brake assemblies were used on your fifth wheel, so to determine the correct brake assemblies needed, we'll need to do a bit of detective work.

The brake assemblies you need will depend on the diameter and depth of your brake drums, the number of bolts the existing brake assembly uses to mount to the brake mounting flange and the axle's capacity.

To get the correct size (10 x 2-1/4 or 12 x 2 inch are the most common) you would measure the inside diameter and depth of your brake drums, as shown in the photo I've provided. Then, determine if your brake assemblies mount using a 4 or 5 bolt pattern. Finally, check the axles for a label or stamping that indicates their capacity. For instance, the # 23-105 brake assembly you looked at measures 12 x 2 inches, is compatible with a 5 bolt mounting flange and is designed for a 6000 lb axle.

Use the link I've provided, which will take you to our selection of trailer brake assemblies. Use the filters in the left-hand margin to choose the style of brake (which in your case would be electric drums, I'm assuming), the axle capacity and the drum size. If you have the option, I'd recommend self adjusting brakes. Keep in mind, there is a difference between brake assemblies for the right and the left side of a trailer.
