Can the Head of the the Stromberg Carlson JET-5000 Be Rotated When Installed

Can the jack head be turned 90 degrees left or right?

The Stromberg Carlson Electric Trailer Jack # JET-5000 uses a 3 bolt mounting flange to attach to an A-frame trailer. If you wanted to rotate the jack on this flange you certainly could, but it would not be at a 90 degree angle since the mounting flange is basically triangle shaped. It would be more like a 120 degree rotate.
