For all of your alternative framed bikes, I recommend going with a platform style rack like the Saris Freedom # SA4414B. This will be a great rack for you and all your passengers! If your Electra's have fat bike tires you can change out the wheel cradles for fat bike wheel cradles # SA4419. The neat thing about the Freedom is the way the cradles pivot and slide up and down the central masts. This allows the rack to grab your bike's tube at the perfect angle. To secure your bikes to your rack and your rack to your vehicle I recommend the hitch lock # SA3022 and the cable lock # SA981. You will need a ratchet and 3/4 inch socket for the anti-rattle hitch bolts, if you don't have one of those we also have this available for purchase # PT20104-38524.
To ensure the fitment of this rack with your hitch you will want to make sure you have a 2 inch hitch receiver and enough bumper clearance. If you measure from the center of the hitch pin hole to the end of the bumper that will give you what your bumper clearance is. I have attached a Help Article on how to take this measurement for you to check out. You will also want to make sure that your hitch and vehicle are rated for the weight of the bike rack plus the bikes.
If you don't already have a hitch I recommend the Curt # 13526. This hitch will support the max weight of the combined bikes and rack and provide enough bumper clearance for your vehicle with the bike rack.
I have linked an installation video of this hitch on a similar vehicle for your convenience.
