Platform Bike Rack that can Tilt w/Bikes Loaded and Allow Rear Hatch to Open on 2014 Jeep Cherokee

Looking for a recommendation for carrying long distance on a 2014 Jeep Cherokee. Want a platform style and would like to be able to access rear door with minimum hassle. Max 2 bikes.

For your 2014 Jeep Cherokee I recommend the Kuat NV platform bike rack # NV22G for 2 inch hitches or # NV12G for 1-1/4 inch hitches. This is one of the best options available and it is aluminum so it resists corrosion. It holds the bikes at the wheels so no frame contact and it is a great rack for long or short distances.
If you need a trailer hitch I recommend etrailer hitch # e73ZR for a 2 inch.
