The Draw-Tite Class III, part # 75579 would be an excellent choice. The 2 inch receiver size means that there's a dizzying array of hitch mounted accessories available.

In my opinion, the bike rack with the biggest bang for the buck would be the Thule Hitching Post Pro, part # TH934XTR. The rack can tilt rearwards once the bikes are removed, to allow rear cargo area access, and the rack includes crucial features like strong rubber straps to safely secure the bikes into the padded cradles and anti-sway straps to prevent the bikes from swinging back and forth during travel. The rack incudes a threaded hitch pin, but a hitch lock is available separately as part # THSTL2. A cable lock is also sold separately as part # TH538XT.

If you'll be transporting women's bikes or bikes with sharply-angled top tubes, you might also consider a frame adapter bar like part # 64005. The bar spans the distance between the handlebar gooseneck and the seat post, which provides a secondary attachment point for the bike rack.
