It sounds like you are looking for a 5th wheel base rail installation kit for a Pro Series 5th wheel hitch. There are three types of install kit available for your 2004 Chevrolet Silverado HD with 6-1/2-foot bed. These are universal-fit kits like # RP30035, semi-custom kits like # BWRVK2500 and also custom kits like # RP50064-58 that cost more but take less time for installation. Custom kits require no drilling into the truck's frame, which is a big time saver.
If you don't need new base rails and just want the under-bed brackets and hardware kit, then you can use part # RP50064. This will allow installation of your existing Pro Series rails.
If you need a wiring harness for the truck bed you can use part # 50-97-410 from Bargman.
