2014 Subaru Forrester with electric rear lift gate and spoiler What options are available for a rear mounted bike rack I have crossbars on the roof that can accommodate a rack to hang over any recommendations?

There are many options available for rear mounted bike racks on your 2014 Subaru Forester with the electric lift gate and spoiler. I have linked the page with all of them to this page for your convenience, but the Thule # TH910XT isn't one of them.
One that I really like is the Yakima FullBack 2 # Y02634. This rear rack will mount to the back of your Forester with minimal roof interference. The FullBack includes an integrated bike lock and a rack lock to secure your bikes to the rack and the rack to the vehicle. I have linked a video and a photo of what the rack will look like on similar Subarus for you to check out.
If you plan on transporting any alternative framed bikes like women's bikes often are you will need a bike adapter bar like # Y02531 for the bikes to mount properly.
It's important to note that you will not want to use the electronic lift gate while the rack is installed, raising it while installed may cause damage to the vehicle.
