The Kuat Transfer 2 Bike Platform Rack # KU74FR is not designed for use on the back of an RV, but only on standard passenger vehicles (cars, trucks, SUVs).

A bike rack meant for use on the back of a trailer or motorhome will be constructed to withstand the extra stresses found at the rear of such vehicles. There is more motion at the rear of a trailer than at the rear of a car (due to the longer distance from the rear axle) and this creates the forces that could damage a standard bike rack meant for cars.

We do have many options for 2-bike racks that are suited for use on your RV. On the linked page you can see options in hitch-mount racks like the platform-style Swagman Dispatch # S44FR which fits a 2-inch hitch. This rack includes locks for the rack itself and for your loaded bikes.
