If your 2015 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk has a 7-Way trailer connector on it then yes, the Hopkins Heavy-Duty Trailer Coiled Wire Adapter # HM47065 will plug right in and provide some extension and a 4-Way flat to plug in a trailer. I have linked a video review of this adapter for you.
