The Reese Universal Base Rails # RP30035 that you referenced are listed as a fit for your 2015 Ford F-350 Super Duty with 6-3/4 Foot Bed, without Factory Rail Kit.

So that you do not have to drill any additional holes in the frame of your 2015 Ford F-350, I recommend using a custom fit base rail kit like the Reese Quick-Install Custom Base Rails and Installation Kit # RP50026-58. The custom fit brackets in this kit will line up with existing holes in your truck's frame so that you will not need to drill new holes.
