Self-Adjusting Brake Assembly Recommendation to Replace Dexter 023-105 and 023-106

I need to replace my brakes on my camper. They are Dexter 023-105 and 023-106. Can I upgrade to a self adjusting brake that will work for me. If so, which one?

For a set of brake assemblies that will work as exact replacements for the Dexter assemblies you currently have that will be self-adjusting you would want the part # AKEBRK-7L-SA for the left hand side and part # AKEBRK-7R-SA. These are 6k rated 12 by 2 inch assemblies like the Dexter ones you currently have.
