For your 1999 Chevrolet K3500 you will want to use the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs # F2025. These are confirmed to fit the rear axle of both the 2WD and 4x4 K3500, excluding Cab and Chassis. The # F2025 Ride-Rite springs are independently adjustable to accommodate off center loads, will help reduce strain on your rear suspension, and will help to increase stability by absorbing road shock and softening contact between the axle and frame.
