There is an underbed goose neck hitch available for your 2002 Ford F-150, but the Reese Hide-A-Goose, # 9460, will not fit because they do not offer an installation kit for your truck.

You can use the Curt Quick Goose 2 Gooseneck Hitch with Installation Kit, # C630-637. While this gooseneck hitch will fit your truck, you will need to consult your vehicle owners manual for the towing capacities of your truck and to check whether or not it can used for gooseneck/5th wheel towing.
