I have a question on installing part HT31404-686... The kit comes with two L brackets to tie rails to fram. Where do they go 2000 ram 2500 long bed . And how come the online video for installation shows four brackets?

The Husky Custom Base Rail and Installation Kit # HT31404-686 is a confirmed fit for your 2000 Dodge Ram 2500 long bed pickup. The kit includes two frame brackets, spacers, hardware and rails.
We have not yet had a 2000 Ram 2500 here for installation of this kit so we have not produced a video. I can't be sure of the origin of the installation video you saw, but the manufacturer's installation instructions have been sent to you in a separate email so that you can review them. These indicate that two frame brackets are included with the kit.
