Based on my research, the PullRite SuperGlide part number 2700 fits industry standard (I.S.) above-bed base rails. The I.S. base rails I recommend for your 2007 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD with 6-1/2 foot bed are the Reese Quick Install Custom Base Rails and Outboard Installation Kit # RP56007-53. This outboard kit moves the isntallation hardware for the base rails to the outside of the vehicle frame. This allows for easier assess to the hardware and helps cut down on installation time.
For another great, more economical option, you can use the Reese Quick-install Custom Base Rails and Installation Kit # RP50064-58. This kit has the inboard brackets, but the base rails are shorter and will take up a bit less room in your truck bed.
Both of these base rail kits are custom fit for your 2007 Silverado 2500HD and they will not require any drilling into your truck's frame for installation. I have attached installation videos of both kits for you.
If you'd like to add a 7-Way wiring connector in the bed of your truck for your 5th wheel camper, the Curt 5th Wheel/Gooseneck Custom Wiring Harness w/ 7-Pole Connector - 10' Long # C56000 is a great option. I like this wiring harness because it has a simple installation that will only require you to make connect this wiring harness in-line of your existing 7-way connector at the rear of your vehicle.
