In my research I found your Suzuki SV650 has a dry weight of about 364 lbs.
Your 2003 Tahoe can easily handle the tongue weight of the Ultra-Fab motorcycle carrier part # UF48-979033 with the bike loaded. This carrier works with a 2 inch receiver opening and has a weight capacity of 500-lbs. The track length on the carrier is 80 inches and the ramp is 39 inches long. The ramp is secured on the carrier when you are traveling.
