Will 12V Circuit on 7-Way Trailer Connector Provide a Maintenance Charge for Trailer Battery

I have purchased the PN 5506 trailer brake controller installation kit. Will this kit maintain/charge my camper battery while in tow? Thanks for your time

The Wiring Kit # 5506 that you referenced will provide 12V power to the 7-Way connector at the rear of your tow vehicle. If the 12V lead on your trailer's wiring connector is connected to the trailer battery, the vehicle battery will provide a maintenance charge to the trailer battery when the trailer is in tow.
