I would go with the Thule OutWay 2 Bike Carrier, part # TH45JV versus the Thule Passage, part # TH910XT.

These are both great racks with many Thule features in common. There are two main reasons that I would go with the OutWay # TH45JV over the Passage # TH910XT. The #1 reason is that the OutWay uses only two straps to install versus the 6 straps of the Passage. This makes the OutWay the easiest rack to install over all truck racks that I have seen. It's unique two strap system also allows you to open the trunk with the rack installed and the bikes removed.

The second reason is that the OutWay comes with locks for both the rack and the bikes, you would have to purchase them separately for the Passage. Check out the video of both.

If you are planning on carrying bikes with alternative frames like kids bikes or women's bikes I recommend using an adapter bar like part # 64005. This attaches between the seat post and the handlebar stem and allows the bike to be carried more level in the carrier while providing additional ground clearance. I have attached a product review video for this adapter bar.
