The Thule Spare Me 2 Bike Rack # TH963PRO is indeed a confirmed fit on your 2002 Honda CR-V so long as there is no backup camera mounted in your spare and so long as your spare tire is no larger than 10-inches wide and 32-inches in diameter.
The Spare Me 2 includes locks both for your bikes and for the rack itself, it has a 75-lb total bike weight capacity and it is protected by Thule limited lifetime warranty.
