Recommended Hitch Mounted Bike Rack and Cargo Carrier Combination

Question:

I was looking at a cargo carrier such the curt C18152 24inch x 60. Basically, I would like to have the room of this cargo carrier with the option to add a bike rack out the end of the carrier. Do any of your cargo carriers have an open receiver at the end to add a bike rack? Is this something that I need to modify? I looked at the dual receivers, but I do not think that will give me the height to put a lot of gear under the bikes. Thanks for your help,

Sounds like you are looking for the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE2 # HR1450Z-85. I cannot recommend you modify the Curt # C18152 because this will void the warranty. The Hollywood Sport Rider will work as long as your vehicle has a 2 inch hitch and can support the weight capacity of both items when loaded. If you tell me which vehicle you are putting this on I can help you select the proper hitch.
